My approach is grounded in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I ask what happened to you, not what's wrong with you, and take real care in understanding the roots of what you're experiencing. Trust is built, not assumed, and you stay in control of the pace. I work with patients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use and other challenges.

Together we will use evidence-based methods to process what's kept you stuck, build coping skills that hold up under real stress, and move toward feeling steady and like yourself again. We'll figure out together what's already worked for you and what hasn't, and build from there.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who appear to have everything together on the outside but are quietly struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or substance use. Many are professionals and achievers who've never had space to slow down and process what's actually going on underneath.

I became a therapist because of my own experiences. I know how mental health challenges can impact your life, and I've seen the impact substance use can have on everyone close to it. Those experiences taught me what real healing requires, and I wanted to offer others the kind of support I once needed myself.
