My goal for my client's is to meet their goals and be able to progress outside of their sessions. Whether it is to reduce symptoms of anxiety or discover their purpose in life, I will act as a support but always encourage autonomy.

Create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can make progress, verbalize, get to know emotions and make space for them. Together we will celebrate victories and overcome roadblocks. All while making progress towards goals.

I specialize in working with people who:

While I work with individuals from many backgrounds, my specialities are working with individuals with chronic pain/illness and athletes. Along with these populations, I focus on connecting mind, body and spirit when working with all of my clients.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to support people in their journey towards self-love, exploration and appreciation, regardless of what that looks like.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

PLANTS! My office is full of plants that you can take care of and adopt when you are in the office. I believe this promotes self-care and love.
