At Dogwood Counseling, our compassionate team provides personalized therapy for children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. We create a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself, explore what may be getting in the way, and build on the strengths you already have. We will work collaboratively to develop practical tools to navigate challenges, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more grounded and confident in your everyday life.

My clients describe me as warm, genuine, easy to talk to, and nonjudgmental. They appreciate that I actively listen and really hear them while also helping them make sense of what they’re experiencing and find practical ways forward. Most importantly, I want clients to feel safe and supported.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. Our team supports children, teens, young adults, and adults, with specialized experience in areas including EMDR, DBT, IFS, substance use, and perinatal mental health.

I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel heard, understood, and less alone. I believe that having a supportive person beside you can make difficult seasons feel more manageable and meaningful. I wanted to create a space where people could be themselves, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and discover their own capacity for growth and change.

I founded Dogwood Counseling to create a warm, welcoming practice where clients feel truly seen and supported. Our team brings diverse specialties and approaches to help children, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, collaboration, and care.
