“I want to... but.” Sometimes those few words hold a lot. You want to trust yourself, but part of you still wonders, “What if I’m wrong?” You want to set boundaries, but you worry about disappointing people. It can be exhausting to feel pulled in different directions, especially when you don’t quite understand why.

Instead of only asking, “How do I change this?” we’ll also ask, “Why does this keep showing up?” How you respond today may have made sense at another time in your life. Together, we’ll explore where those patterns came from, why they’re still here, and what might be ready to change.

Inquisitive, Open Minded, Warm

You may occasionally see Freckles, my hound, or Gerrah, my cat, make an appearance—they take their roles as unofficial assistants very seriously. My hope is therapy feels like a place where you can show up as you are, without needing to have everything figured out beforehand.
