My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity about how identity, body, and lived experience shape suffering and healing. I see therapy as collaborative and evolving, shaped by both my training and personal lenses, which we can openly reflect on together.

Together we will explore your experiences with care and honesty, attending to mind, body, identity, and meaning. We’ll name what helps and what gets in the way, and adjust our work as needed—always prioritizing your wellbeing, agency, and sense of safety.
