My specialty focuses on bringing women into a stronger position to deal with, recover from and repair complex medical and mental health challenges!

I believe that working with women, elders, and moms 1:1 and in small groups is the most rewarding kind of social and communication change experience.

Born-raised in French Louisiana, worked for French gov, studied in France, learned 2nd language more importantly overcame challenges to my identity and survived threats to my safety. I've been a caregiver for elders with complex med difficulties, sight/vision loss. Been an educator, counselor and support person for young people with special needs.
