Hi, I’m Holly. My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and empathetic. I help women and healthcare professionals experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, and life transitions. We'll explore your goals and what may be keeping you stuck. Using Reality Therapy, mind-body awareness, and real-life strategies, we work toward heartfelt, lasting change.

Together we will explore your experiences, identify what may be contributing to stress or overwhelm, and clarify what you want your life to look like moving forward. Through insight, practical tools, reflection, and spirituality (for those who choose it) we will work toward greater clarity, stronger boundaries, and meaningful personal growth.

Clients often describe me as warm, trustworthy, and easy to talk to. I create a confidential space where people feel safe sharing their story. Many say working with me feels like having a supportive big sister who listens deeply while also offering thoughtful insight and practical guidance.

For 19 years as a senior regulatory investigator, I worked closely with healthcare professionals involved in drug diversion cases. I saw that substance use rarely begins overnight—it often grows from attempts to cope with deeper pain. Witnessing the human story behind those cases became my “why” and ultimately led me to pursue counseling.

I founded Healing Monarch Counseling and Wellness, PLLC to have the freedom to journey with clients. I believe healing happens when we feel deeply understood and supported. My greatest joy is helping you rediscover your resilience and step with courage into the life you’ve been seeking.
