Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or hard on themselves and are ready for support that meets them where they are. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, identity development, chronic illness, emotional regulation, perfectionism, and major life transitions.

I’ve seen how powerful it can be to feel understood, supported, and equipped with the right tools, especially while managing mental health alongside chronic illness. I wanted to be someone who helps others make sense of their experiences, build skills, and reconnect with their strengths during difficult seasons.

My practice is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based care. I balance compassion with accountability, believe growth can happen alongside laughter, and value authenticity in the therapy space. I aim to make therapy feel human, empowering, and useful beyond the session.
