I find it important to look at how all systems impact our lives - from our jobs, family, culture, and society. I acknowledge how our emotions impact our bodies in ways we may not know or understand but it is still very real. I like using analogies and storytelling, at the same time I know that not everything has a word to it.

Find stability in the now, while exploring where you want to go and how the past influences current decisions and feelings. I have been very intentional in approaching work that honors culture, specifically for latines where our families do not talk about mental health. We are strong and meant to 'aguantar' We don't have to keep aguantando

Attentive, someone who will not do the work for you but will witness the process and provide support
