In working with clients, I view you as the whole person, with you as the expert. Which means we might talk about your relationships with others and community, your physical body, significant life events, and your thought patterns and emotions. My role is to act as an outside observer of your life, giving you the tools and perspective to foster change.

Focus on establishing healthy relationships with others, work through current and past trauma, and shift your internal patterns and behaviors from dysfunctional to functional.

Have experienced significant life events and trauma, have difficulties with their relationship with food/body image/exercise, problems with drugs/alcohol, and people who need guidance in making sense of their psychedelic experiences.

I have always had a heart for identifying with the suffering of those around me. This attunement has cultivated a passion in me for helping people through the therapeutic process.

I have received extensive training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, as well as psychedelic harm reduction/integration. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating therapist, helping clients navigate eating disorders/disordered eating patterns. I also have a certificate in Military and trauma counseling, with direct experience working with the military community.
