My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatments. I use treatments that have been shown to be effective in helping people heal from traumatic experiences. I believe that healing is about more than simply reducing symptoms, it is about helping you reconnect with the things that matter most to you.

My goal is to create a therapy environment where you feel respected, understood, and supported while also feeling empowered to make meaningful changes. We will take the time to build a trusting therapeutic relationship and develop a treatment plan together that feels appropriate for your needs and goals.

My clients would describe me as warm, open-minded, and empowering. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care and work collaboratively with each person to understand what they need to heal. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and I am here to guide you to your recovery and becoming your best self.
