About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Empathic, warm, and invested. I join your team as a counselor, and advocate for positive changes in your life to support the best version of you.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I enjoy integrating many different techniques and styles into our sessions ranging from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, solution focused, and more to create an approach that works best for each individual I see.

  • Together, we will:

Explore issues of anxiety, depression, harmful coping such as substance use, grief and loss, relationship dynamics. We can identify ways you feel "stuck," and work to remove those blocks and promote healing and growth.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Are going through transition periods, and need support navigating their "new normal." People who are constantly overwhelmed with worry, or uneasiness. Those who need support around relationships in their life, and those struggling with addiction.

  • I became a therapist because:

I always found myself connecting with others, even when I was young. I enjoy hearing others tell their stories, and working with them.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

honestly, nothing too much right now, as I am still remote, and using an office in my house. When I am back in person I'd be happy to tell you.

  • More about me and my practice:

I am currently seeing clients via telehealth in the state of North Carolina.
