I enjoy integrating many different techniques and styles into our sessions ranging from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, narrative approaches, and more to create an approach that works best for each individual I see.
Together, we will:
Explore issues of anxiety, depression, harmful coping such as substance use, grief and loss, relationship dynamics. We can identify ways you feel "stuck," and work to remove those blocks and promote healing and growth.
I became a therapist because:
I always found myself connecting with others, even when I was young. I enjoy hearing others tell their stories, and working with them.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
honestly, nothing too much right now, as I am still remote, and using an office in my house. When I am back in person I'd be happy to tell you.
