Something to know about my approach is:

I enjoy looking at what is most important to you- such as your values, with the goal of helping you move toward those things. I love integrating pop culture such as characters/themes you can relate to in movies, tv or music.

Together, we will:

Explore life changes like big moves, new jobs or relationships, anxiety, depression, or healthy boundary setting. We will identify ways you feel stuck and work to understand and remove those blocks. We will recognize your needs, and how to meet them.

I specialize in working with people who:

are wanting to be challenged. Those who are ready to move toward growth but are unsure where or how to start. Those experiencing worry that limits them from living in the present. Those adjusting to a new "normal," and seeking support through change.

I became a therapist because:

I have always found myself connecting with others. I enjoy helping others explore growth in a space where they do not feed judged or pressured.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I mostly operate remotely, so I think my home office is a lovely shade of pink that compliments my plants. My in-person office is hella cozy.

More about me and my practice:

I am located in Asheville, and see clients via telehealth in North Carolina. I enjoy incorporating movies/television, music, and literature of interest to my clients into our work, and feel that can be a means of communication and exploration.
