Lindsey Wade

I am passionate about working with people who have been impacted by religious trauma, who might be in the process of deconstructing their faith or need a therapist who understands the culture of high control religion.

When you work with me, I offer therapy on your terms. I start with getting to know you as a person, and what you want to get out of therapy. I help you by clarifying what you truly value and by helping unravel harmful beliefs that may be lurking under the surface. I offer a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space so you can start to feel like you again.

Working with me will feel like you finally have space to lay out your thoughts and feelings in order to really look at them with receiving trite or minimizing answers to your questions and concerns. My clients experience me as a warm and safe person who genuinely cares about who they are and helping them get to where they want to be.
