I will let you take the lead. I truly believe that you have the answers within you and I am here to help you learn how to acess them. I am an authority on techniques, but you are an authority on your life and experiences.

We will look at where you are now and where you want to be, and then work together to figure out what it will take to get there. From there, we will create simple, easy-to-follow plans that help you make real changes in your everyday life.

I ensure you're getting the services you need from me, and when appropriate, I advocate for you with other professionals (with your consent and when there is a reason to do so). I want my clients to know that they are more than just a name on my schedule.

have experienced discrimination because of things outside of their control (being a person of color, being LGBTQ+, struggling financially, living in a rural area or using substances). I understand that these communities often have a hard time accessing care. My goal is to help close that gap by providing a safe space where you can get the help you deserve.

I have seen and experienced the barriers people face when trying to get help, and I wanted to eliminate as many of those barriers as possible. I want to make sure you can get the help you need, even if you thought you could not afford it or fit it into your schedule. Even if I am not the right person to provide it, I will help you find someone who is.

We are accepting regardless of age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation. Our team also works to actively advocate for human rights inside therapy space and out in the real world. Lastly, all clients have access to FREE case management to assist with basic needs and life skills (housing, budgeting, organization, education, etc.).
