My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be completely honest without feeling judged. We'll look at what's keeping you stuck, build skills that actually fit your life, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Together we will make sense of what you're experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and find healthier ways to respond. I'll provide support while also gently challenging you when needed.
