About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I am a very direct person, known for my honesty and “cut-to-the-chase” attitude. I work toward ideals, but within realistic expectations.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I believe strongly in the validation of clients’ feelings and experiences, to help remove stigma and shame. I believe that with support, clients can be empowered to make difficult decisions and take charge of their own growth.

  • Together, we will:

We will work through whatever obstacles you find are limiting your ability to achieve more in life. We will explore practical and realistic first steps toward change. We will explore your identity and sense of purpose, and set a path to success.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

My clients are people who struggle with anxiety, depression, identity issues, grief, stress, or relationship issues. My ideal client is ready for change, or contemplating what the first steps of change look like.

  • I became a therapist because:

I believe that all people have capacity to change, to determine their own best course, and deserve to have their experiences validated.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I practice exclusively through teletherapy sessions, and require clients to have reliable and consistent access to internet services.

  • More about me and my practice:

I offer a safe space for BIPOC, women, LGBTQIA+/trans/poly, neurodivergent, and other diverse communities.
