Struggle with mood issues - depression, anxiety, anger & frustration; the after-effects of trauma, identity concerns & major life transitions. I love working with people who know how incredibly challenging - yet doable - this work can be.

Early on, I had the great good fortune of discovering that I love doing this type of work.
