I like to use a "learn as we go" approach instead of assigning endless worksheets. I also utilize external tools such as tarot or oracle cards from a Jungian psychology perspective (when indicated).

Get shit done. Whatever you need help with, we will create a goal and work towards it. Goals can be tweaked along the way with progress. I am not here to keep you hostage; I am here to set you free of whatever is weighing you down.

I dated a guy who had untreated schizophrenia and/or dissociative identity disorder (DID), and he killed himself in front of his friends and family.
