My approach goes beyond just talking about what happened. I help you understand how your experiences are still living in your body, your emotions, and your relationships. I work with individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t explain.

Together, we will make sense of your experiences at a pace that feels safe for you. We’ll build tools to help you feel more regulated and present, while also doing deeper work to process what’s been weighing on you. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your emotions, and more at peace in your everyday life.

My clients often describe me as warm, grounded, flexible and easy to talk to, They appreciate that I don’t rush the process or make them feel like they have to have the “right words.” I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure, judgment, or expectation.

I specialize in working with people who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by their emotions, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Many of my clients have experienced trauma and want more than surface Level coping, they want real healing and a deeper sense of stability and control.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level. I’ve seen how unprocessed experiences can quietly shape our lives, and I wanted to be someone who helps others feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward real, lasting change.

In my practice, I focus on creating a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
