Break down and analyze what is working and what is not in life. We will gather ideas to better understand the internal and external factors to each situation. Finally we will use our gained understanding to test functional changes to the status quo.

I am genuinely interested in how the human experience is different for everyone and how we can take some of the suffering away from that experience.
