I am flexible in the way that I conduct my sessions, and willing to take as many different approaches as necessary to meet your mental and emotional needs. Therapy is not one size fits all, so your sessions will be specifically tailored to you!

work to deconstruct the way you have been taught to look at the world and yourself, so that you can find the person who you truly are without societal constraints.

I specialize in working with people who:

have experienced anxiety, depression, or trauma, especially those who have experienced it due to race, gender, or sexual orientation. I am also familiar with working with those who have experienced poverty and financial hardships,

I became a therapist because:

I want to be able to help others have access to quality mental health care. Growing up, that was not always an option for me.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am 100% telehealth which means you can access your session from anywhere, and rescheduling is easy if needed.

I believe in decolonized and holistic care. This means looking at the whole person, and including all the things that make you who you are, without including the added pressures of what society demands you to be based on stereotypes.
