Therapy with me goes beyond just talking things through. I use approaches like EMDR, parts work, and somatic techniques to help understand the root of these patterns, process experiences that shaped them, and work towards last change.

If you’re someone who tends to think deeply, hold yourself to high standards, and carry a lot internally without always letting others see it, therapy can be a place where you don’t have to keep doing that alone.
