Kayla Olmedo

My approach is catered to my clients. I do not believe one size fits all. I am dedicated to being ethically trained in a variety of evidence-based methods to create the most impactful change in each client's life.

We will discuss distorted thoughts, generational trauma, and reconnecting your mind and body. We will walk through the many challenges that life brings! I am here to be an ally and a supportive presence that helps foster growth and healing.

My clients describe me as compassionate, supportive, and approachable. Many clients have said they have grown tremendously since starting therapy.

I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma and anxiety. I work with the spectrum on human neurodiversity. I help people manage OCD, ADHD, Autism, and other neurodiversity. I work with domestic violence survivors and perinatal and postpartum mothers, along with individuals and families going through life transitions.

As a mother, ADHD woman, and former educator, I have a deep passion for human development and human resilience, which drives my practice.

I am a small solo practice and so excited to be doing what I love! I want to make a change not only in my client's lives but in my community. I care about being an ally and supportive presence in all my client's lives!
