I understand that meeting with someone new can feel uncomfortable, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to provide a space that is supportive, judgment-free, and without pressure.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with adults. My style is supportive, direct, and collaborative. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and we’ll move through the process together.

I specialize in working with people who feel stuck, whether navigating a life transition, grief, or just knowing something needs to change. Finding the right therapist is like finding someone to cut your hair. Not everyone is a good fit, and that's okay. I'd love to see if we're a match.

I started in community social work, where I quickly realized the part I loved most was the personal connection with clients. That experience across different settings uniquely positions me to offer real resources and relatable perspective. I became a therapist because people deserve someone who genuinely gets it.
