I love helping others find strength in their experiences and strategies to handle all of life’s big emotions. Whether you are a burnt-out helper, a parent, or even a child struggling with anxiety- I'm ready to sit with you through it all.

Re-frame (but also normalize) unhelpful thoughts, improve communication & coping strategies, advocate for educational needs, identify parenting supports, process the ups and downs given in all seasons of life, improve overall mood and positive outlook.

Relaxed, easy going, using humor and sometimes a bit sarcastic. Not afraid to challenge in an encouraging way when needed. Ready to point out the positives and good they are able to bring to the world.

Struggle processing stressful situations and need help having a better outlook. I also help those needing support in parenting, education or school concerns.

I wanted to be a safe space for children, particularly in schools. After 11 years I’ve come to find therapy can happen anywhere and every single person deserves a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings.

I love to challenge a negative thinking pattern, explore strategies and ideas with clients and help advocate for them. I have a laid back style and I’m easily amused- but not afraid to push back when needed.
