I work with adults navigating trauma, mood disorders, and moments of crisis that feel overwhelming or destabilizing. Many of the people I see are struggling with shame, self-criticism, or feeling like they “should” be handling things better. Shame keeps people stuck. Self-compassion creates momentum. And you don’t have to figure this out alone.

Create a collaborative space where we laugh, connect patterns, gain insight, and connect as humans. I value deep, introspective work because real change happens when we understand ourselves. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in approaches like CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Jungian therapy.

My clients often see me as authentic and motivating. I’m active, engaged, and passionate about learning new tools for my clients. I’m also open to meeting multiple times per week when extra support is needed.
