I am deeply committed to gender-affirming care, anti-racism, and racial justice in my professional and personal life.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on a real relationship between equals - one rooted in mutual respect, trust, and shared responsibility. I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to navigate challenges and build a life worth living, whatever that looks like for you.

I approach this work with an appreciation for the beautiful messiness it is to be human. We are fallible, imperfect, and full of contradictions. We are also capable of profound joy, compassion, and connection.
