My role is to provide a space that is free of judgment and where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

Because you are not broken, and you don’t need to be “fixed.” My focus is on creating a safe, supportive relationship where we can gently explore your experiences. We’ll work together to understand the patterns that may have developed as ways to cope, and we’ll build a greater sense of safety within yourself and your nervous system.
