I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support clients in building healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Explore different life experiences, develop insight, and practice new ways of responding to challenges. My goal is to help clients deepen emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, and build resilience while moving toward the life and connections they want.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and respected, even when discussing difficult or vulnerable experiences. I am supportive but also gently challenge clients to look at patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
