I specialize in working with people who:

My experience and focus have been in trauma-focused care, LGBTQ issues, self-harm, addiction, and family and relationship conflicts. I have a focus on transitional youth meaning teens and young adults but have and will work with people of all ages.

I became a therapist because:

I've had my own struggles with my mental health. I've experienced first hand the healing and recovery that can come from counseling.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am happy to help with referrals for gender affirming medical care. I follow SOC-8 WPATH guidelines.
