Folks come into counseling for all sorts of reasons: anxiety, depression, fear, loneliness, relationship strife. But, after a few sessions, we tend to realize that those are words we use to try to make sense of what’s going on deep inside. As a counselor, I’m here to help you explore those things that lay underneath.

Person-centered therapy is a non-directive, person-first approach to working with individuals. Using the therapeutic relationship and trusting in the person's power to self-direct, I see myself as a partner in the healing process. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, transitions, or personal support, I would be glad to help.

Counseling is a relationship, and as such, I use the first session for us to get to know each other and see if we'll be a good fit. I like to learn about you, where you're coming from, and where you want to go. Hopefully, after the first session, you'll have a good understanding of me as a counselor and how we'll move forward.

On my off time, I read, lift, play videogames, drink plenty of coffee and matcha, and watch movies.
