My approach is somatic-focused, client-centered, and grounded in safety and trust. I offer a nonjudgmental space where we gently explore how trauma, stress, and patterns show up in both mind and body, supporting healing at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we’ll identify trauma responses and unhelpful patterns, learn concrete tools to regulate your nervous system, and strengthen your ability to feel safe, grounded, and confident. We’ll focus on practical skills that help you move forward with clarity and greater emotional control.

I offer full-time therapy through telehealth across Ohio. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. As part of our larger practice, I can also provide referrals if I’m not the right fit or if additional support is needed.
