I take a compassionate, collaborative approach that blends mindfulness, play, and moments of laughter to support healing. You can show up authentically as we work to create more calmness, connection and happiness.

Together we will work toward easing anxiety, depression, ADHD challenges, and relationship stress while building confidence and balance. Sessions focus on strengthening mind–body connection, developing coping skills, and creating habits that support long-term change.

My clients describe me as warm, supportive, and empowering. They often tell me I help them recognize their strengths and bring lightness and perspective to difficult moments. I strive to create a safe, grounded space where growth and hope are encouraged.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life changes. I also support women balancing work and family, individuals healing from trauma, and anyone wanting to build self-acceptance, confidence, and more grounded ways of moving through their daily lives.

I offer full-time therapy in our Columbus office and through telehealth across Ohio. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. As part of our larger practice, I can also provide referrals if I’m not the right fit or if additional support is needed.
