Hi, I’m Dr. Reitman. My approach helps you understand how your life story and relationships shape who you are today. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and clinical hypnosis, to help with anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, relationship stress, and life transitions. Together, we’ll work toward insight, healing and lasting change.

My approach is collaborative and shaped by a lifestyle assessment that helps us explore how early memories, family dynamics, and beliefs continue to influence your life. This work unfolds over several sessions, allowing time to build trust and toward greater self-understanding and lasting change.
