We'll develop a strong therapeutic relationship to improve communication, interpersonal skills and self-awareness. Using insightful questioning, we’ll explore challenges, gain new perspectives and identify practical strategies specific to your needs.

My clients describe me as accepting and honest and they appreciate the safe space I provide for open, judgment-free conversations and personal growth.

I see children for anxiety, ADHD, behavioral and self-esteem issues, family problems, trauma and grief. With adults I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges and insomnia/sleep disorders using CBTi.

I wanted to create honest conversations between medical providers and patients about how to live the best life possible in their unique circumstances.
