Erin Hoffman

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. I have a special passion for supporting men’s issues, women’s issues, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. No matter who you are or what you’re facing, I aim to help you uncover your strengths and build confidence in your authentic self.

Together we will work to gain insight into distressing thoughts and feelings, while also looking at the things contributing to them. My goal is to get to know you and build a relationship where you feel safe to discuss things. Thinking about therapy is scary, but reaching out for help is one of the bravest things you can do. You are worth it.
