Something to know about my approach is:

I help overachievers stop "doing it all" so they can actually start living a life they want! Starting therapy, my clients realize they lost themselves trying to be who they were "supposed" to be. My goal is to guide you to who you WANT to be.

Together, we will:

figure out why your inner critic is never satisfied. You just keep doing more and pushing yourself but it never feels "good enough". Over-achieving, putting yourself last, and setting yourself on fire to keep other people warm isn't sustainable.

I specialize in working with people who:

have high standards for yourself but not others, get anxiety when mistakes happen, get into one sided relationships, feel stuck, struggle to relax, feel overwhelmed, feel exhausted, and tend to put others needs above their own, WAS able to do it all

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help people heal from a lifetime of feeling not good enough. You don't have to compensate through what you do. You're enough as you are.
