Hi, I’m Jordan, a counselor who understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate adulthood in today’s world. Many young adults today feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who they are anymore. Many young adults I work with struggle with anxiety, attachment issues, or a lingering sense of dread about the future.

I work with young adults navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, identity shifts, religious deconstruction, trauma, addiction recovery, men’s issues, and major life transitions. My approach blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to help you better understand yourself and manage emotions in healthier ways.

I’m down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling criticized or misunderstood. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can talk, see if it feels right, and take the next step together.

Some of the people I work with are unpacking religious trauma, purity culture, spiritual abuse, or the pressure of growing up in environments shaped by shame, fear, rigid expectations, or ex-evangelical culture.

My practice, Vibrant Health Counseling is an innovative counseling practice that focuses on the whole person-- mind and body. We want you to feel balanced, radiant and vibrant, inside and out. I accept insurance, OON benefits, and self-pay. I offer online sessions via telehealth. This format can easily fit into your schedule.
