I combine my training with my personal experience to create a therapy space built around your lived experiences, not adapted for them.

Trauma therapy isn't about reliving the past — it's about loosening its grip on your present. Clients who come to us often describe the same shift: things that used to derail them start to lose their hold. Sleep improves. Relationships feel safer. They start recognizing themselves again. That's what we work toward. One session at a time.

I collaborate with YOU! You're the expert on your life. It is important to me for clients to feel seen, encouraged, empowered, and heard. Laughter has helped me get through some dark times so I definitely use humor (when appropriate) in therapy sessions.
