I don’t believe in forcing change or fixing what isn’t broken. Instead, we’ll move at the pace your system feels ready for, helping the parts that carry pain begin to trust that healing is safe.

Together we’ll slow things down, meet the parts of you that carry old pain or try to protect you, and help them release what they’ve been holding. We’ll build trust inside your system so you can feel more grounded. This isn’t about becoming a new you; it’s about remembering the Self that’s been there all along: calm, clear, and capable of leading forward.

My clients often tell me I’m real, grounding, and easy to talk to. They feel safe bringing in the parts they usually hide; the angry ones, the ashamed ones, the ones that keep it together for everyone else. I specialize in working with beautifully complex women who’ve learned to survive by holding everything together, even when it’s falling apart on the inside. The ones who feel both “too much” and “not enough,” who’ve been told their childhood “wasn’t that bad,” but still carry the weight of what was never seen or soothed.

Because I’ve seen what happens when people finally feel safe enough to stop performing “fine.” I became a therapist to help people reconnect with the parts of themselves they’ve exiled just to survive and to remind them they were never broken in the first place.

Outside of therapy, I serve as a devoted can-opener to my two cats. You might find me adopting treasures at thrift stores, humbly overestimating my golf skills, or knee-deep in a craft project I promise I will finish one day.
