You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how you got here. Change will happen through baby steps, self-love, and your commitment to the part of you that knows you deserve better.

I specialize in working with women who look like they have it all together but are barely staying afloat. They carry the mental load for everyone, wear a ton of hats, and try not to crash out on people they love. Many are high-achieving perfectionists and people pleasers who built a life they’re technically proud of, but deep down something is still missing.

I’ve always been drawn to people who are misunderstood or fly under the radar. I see the depth and heart where others feel irritated or overlook it. Creating emotional safety so people can show up as their real selves and thrive as they are is what led me to this work; A deep passion for those who feel lost or alone to finally be seen.

My style may feel casual and fun, but I’m also incredibly effective. I don’t do anything halfway. Sessions feel relaxed and human, but there’s real depth and intention behind them. You’ll get honesty, insight, and tools that actually move your life forward, often in conversations that feel more like a girl date than a clinical appointment.
