There’s nothing more rewarding than witnessing a client’s shift from self-loathing to self-compassion, or from overwhelming anxiety to a sense of calm and inner stability.

I offer online therapy sessions, allowing you to meet from the comfort of your own home or office. We’ll connect weekly through a secure video platform. While I don’t currently offer in-person sessions, I’ve found tele-therapy to be highly effective and convenient for many clients.
