Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down and be a little kinder to ourselves. In our sessions, we won’t focus on “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. Instead, we’ll pay attention to what’s really going on inside: what you’re feeling, what you need, and how you can support yourself through it.

Work on building self-compassion—learning to talk to yourself with the same care you’d show a friend. This self-compassion can actually help you make real, lasting change—without beating yourself up in the process. We will identify the changes you’d like to make, gradual steps to get there, and how to support yourself in a compassionate way throughout.

I became a therapist because of my own life long struggles with anxiety and depression, as well as the mental health struggles of a few close family members. I remember having a therapist who was incredibly helpful in my journey and having the realization that I wanted to help others have a similar opportunity for growth.
