My approach is person-centered, holistic, and pattern-focused. I look beyond the “strong” exterior to understand your history, nervous system, relationships, and the roles you’ve carried. We’ll explore how survival tools like over-functioning, people-pleasing, or emotional suppression once protected you, and what needs to shift now.

Together we will connect the dots between what you’ve been carrying and the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, body, boundaries, and self-talk. We’ll build practical tools for regulation, communication, and self-trust so you can break cycles, move out of emotional autopilot, and begin showing up differently.

My clients describe me as warm, direct, attentive, creative, and honest. They appreciate that I listen closely, notice patterns, and ask questions that create movement. I may offer practical tools, handouts, homework, or journaling prompts so therapy becomes something you practice outside of session.

I work with high-functioning women who are used to holding everything together while quietly running on empty. My clients are often the reliable ones, caregivers, high-achievers, and cycle-breakers who look “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, disconnected, or stuck in patterns like over-functioning, people-pleasing, and emotional suppression.

I became a therapist because I have always been interested in the connection between the mind and body. I wanted to understand how stress, anxiety, compartmentalizing, and pushing emotions down can shape our health, relationships, and sense of self—and help people stop treating mental health like an afterthought.

Restorative Oasis Counseling and Wellness LLC was named with intention. I think of an oasis as a place where rest, restoration, and peace become possible after a long season of feeling depleted, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. My practice is meant to offer space to pause, reflect, heal, and begin again.
