I take the time to listen to the client's needs and will meet them where they are. I offer a judgement free space, acting as my genuine self, to make clients feel as comfortble as possible when meeting with me.

Together we will process you emotions, look for the deeper meaning behind why you are feeling the way you feel, and work together to find the best path forward in your healing journey.

My clients would describe me as laid back, genuine, caring, and humorous.

I work with adults experiencing relationship issues and are now navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, and/or trust issues from the toxic relationship. They may have felt frustrated with previous counselors because they got the impression that their counselor was not truly listening to what they were saying. I also work with court mandated clients.

I became a therapist because I am interested in why people do what they do and if I can help people unerstand why they do what they do, or help them change what they do not like, then I feel like I am making a difference.

I structured my practice so that privacy is priority. From sceduling, billiing, and treatment, you only have to contact you counselor. All forms are digital and can be viewed and signed on your Client Portal account.
