When worry, panic or stress takes over, it can feel like your body decided something without asking you. I trained in the neuroscience of anxiety, so I can show you what your brain is doing in those moments and simple ways to settle it. I work with teens and adults on that, on low mood, confidence and relationships. You don't need the right words to start.

We'll start with whatever is loudest right now, then work out how your body reacts to it and what actually settles it. You'll leave with things you can use before the next session: steadying yourself when a feeling spikes, catching a reaction before it runs, doing one thing differently this week.

Empathetic, relatable, kind and down to earth. They tell me they feel seen rather than assessed, and that they can say the messy, unedited version of something here without watching my face for a reaction.

Are teens or adults carrying anxiety, low mood, shaky confidence or strain at home, often while looking completely fine from the outside. Many arrive worn down from managing it alone, wanting to understand why their mind does what it does instead of just pushing through another week.

I believe people are stronger and better than their worst weeks suggest. Everyone deserves to feel capable, supported, and able to build a life that actually fits them rather than one they are only getting through.

I see clients in our Cleveland office and online anywhere in Ohio, with evening and Saturday morning times, because the people who most need therapy often have the least flexible schedules. Our practice is called Never Give Up for a reason. We think most people are closer to feeling better than they believe they are.
