Authentic and honest. I always try to find a way to integrate laughing into our sessions and probably some swearing.

Something to know about my approach is:

that I always want my clients to be able to advocate for themselves and be assertive. I encourage my clients not to censor themselves. We will work into some deep stuff, but we will always come back out of it before you leave the session.

Work on managing symptoms, reprocess trauma, and build confidence in yourself! I want you to be the expert about yourself and help you along that journey. Please don't ever fear about telling me I'm wrong or that something isn't working!

I specialize in working with people who:

Realize that there is some unprocessed trauma - either their experiences or generational. Please be prepared for some Disney references, especially if we are talking about generational trauma (let's talk Encanto...)

I became a therapist because:

I genuinely love helping people. I love learning about each client and being a sounding board for them.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I affectionately call my office a "museum" - it's home to the majority of my Funko pop collection. My office combines my love of Marvel and Cleveland.

I opened CLE Counseling and Wellness Center to provide a safe space for everyone to access counseling and wellness services. We accept most insurances and offer sliding scale rates to make services more easily accessible for everyone.
