My approach is compassionate and affirming. I strive to bring humor, integrity, and authenticity into the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy getting to know each client on a human level as we take a collaborative look at significant events and patterns in your life. I have training and experience with anxiety, neurodivergence, and trauma.

Together we will take a look at your relationship with yourself and others and clarify any barriers to living an authentic life that is aligned with your values. We will look at events in your life and how they continue to impact you today.
