I believe that therapy doesn't have to be like pulling nails. It should feel like 2 individuals that are able to joke and talk like friends, with ethical boundaries. I also like to say that I work to put myself out of the job, as in I want to teach all of my clients the skills to not need me anymore.

Feel like they can never get a break, who are lost in regards to knowing who they are and who don't know their purpose, and who struggle with connecting with others.

I grew up in a military family and had the honor of meeting so many interesting people, however with interesting people come interesting situations. I've learned from my own exposure that people can oftentimes go unheard and misunderstood and I want to aid as many people as I can to never have to feel that way.

I'm a mom, wife of a military servicemember, dog owner, and lover of art, nature, music, and spirituality. I love scary movies, comedy shows, cooking/baking, and gardening. I've been in the mental health field for over 6 years and I value being honest, genuine, and transparent in my personal and professional life.
