I meet each client where they are. In meeting a client where they are at, I use a collaborative and Humanistic approach that promotes individual identity and authenticity. I offer clients a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space to be their authentic selves. In a society that can be so unaccepting, I offer unconditional acceptance.

If you feel alone, just know that I am here with you. You, perhaps, are a person who recognizes that they deserve help despite what society may tell you. As Humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers once said, “the curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” As a therapist, I will help you through the curious paradox to flourish.

I’m often described me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I balance empathy with honesty, creating a supportive space while also being gently challenged to grow. I'll celebrate your wins, remember the small details that matter to you, and occasionally make a psychology nerd joke that I'll insist is funny; whether you agree is entirely up to you!

specialize in working with people who feel like they've spent much of their lives trying to fit into a world that wasn't built with them in mind. I work with Neurodivergence, those navigating LGBTQIA+ identities, and people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, burnout, or life transitions.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, understood, and accepted. I'm passionate about helping people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change. It's a privilege to walk alongside clients as they grow into their most authentic selves.

My practice is Neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can be yourself without judgment or the pressure to mask. Together, we'll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and work toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
