Client's tend to describe me as warm, empathetic, and genuine. My focus is to get to know you, what your goals are, and what strengths you have.
My approach is flexible, integrative, and holistic. I aim to build a safe & meaningful therapeutic space with you, and this may look a little bit different for each individual. For me, the therapeutic connection can be healing and powerful.
Together we will be curious and explore your experience in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental way. We will make meaning out of life experiences, and identify goals that best meet your needs. We will create a space in which you can reflect and heal.
I specialize in working with people who are struggling with difficult life transitions, are no longer sure why they don't get pleasure in activities, are having relationship stress or communication issues, chronic health issues, and women's health.
I became a therapist because I love supporting people during difficult times and I find the human experience powerful, meaningful, and interesting.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. Everyone deserves to invest in themselves through therapy.
I founded Your Mind, Your Therapy LLC because I wanted to have the ability and resources to reach a broader population of clients. I am a down to earth therapist that understands and respects the unique needs of individuals.
